Additional costs may incur for the removal and replacement of photos from albums and frames.
Scanned items will be delivered on a thumb drive or via a Dropbox link.
Client is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any requested insurance of items.
Client certifies that they are either the owner or a licensee of all photography, artwork or other materials. Client authorizes Books of Life to scan these materials and that doing so will not constitute a violation of any applicable copyright laws.
Books of Life and Client each agree to indemnify and hold the other party harmless from any and all actions arising out of any claim that materials provided to Books of Life by Client, infringes any copyright, trademark, or other legal right of any third party.
Books of Life will make every reasonable effort to safeguard all Client materials during the scanning process, but will not be responsible for items damaged.=
